Dan's investment team has been involved in more than $30 million in multifamily assets, primarily focusing on properties ranging from 35 to 100 units. The team also owns and operates an RV park and has investment experience across 19 states. Dan takes a hands-on, disciplined approach to acquisitions and operations, focusing on strong real estate fundamentals, cash flow, operational improvements, and long-term value creation. His goal is to build lasting relationships with property owners, investors, and business partners while creating win-win transactions through professional and straightforward dealings.

Lynda Damon is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Nomad Capital Ventures LLC, bringing a strong background in financial services, insurance, compliance, and business operations to the company's real estate activities. Before focusing on real estate, Lynda spent five years as a Financial Advisor, helping clients make important financial and investment decisions. Lynda also served as a Corporate Licensing & Compliance Manager, as well as Vice President of the company's Insurance Agency. Her experience in financial services, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business operations provides a valuable complement to Nomad Capital Ventures' real estate investment activities and supports the company's commitment to professionalism, integrity, and long-term relationships.
